We present a study of centrality classes based on the number of charged particles for the Multi-Purpose Detector (MPD) at NICA complex. We compare the centrality classes for different set of experimental conditions: midrapidity regions, number of hits and transverse momentum of registered particles in the TPC sub-detector for Bi+Bi collisions at $\sqrt{S_{NN}}$ = 7.7 , 9 and 9.46 GeV generated by ... Studying the properties of the 3ΛH gives insights about the interaction between the Λ and ordinary nucleons. ALICE measurements of the 3ΛH lifetime and binding energy demonstrate that 3ΛH is loosely bound. Therefore, the 3ΛH yields in pp and p-Pb collisions are very sensitive to nucleosynthesis models. The new ALICE measurements of 3ΛH production in small systems shown in this talk provi ... More

We discuss the properties of neutral mesons using effective models of QCD: Nambu-Jona--Lasinio (NJL) model and Linear Sigma model with quarks (Lsmq). We show that when accounting for the effects of the magnetic field on the model couplings, the neutral pion mass decreases monotonically as a function of the field strength. We find an excellent agreement with recent lattice QCD calculations, reprodu ... More
