DESCRIPTION: \n\nThe 19th International Conference on Hadron Spectroscopy
  and Structure in memoriam Simon Eidelman (HADRON2021) will be held in Mex
 ico City (Mexico) from July 26 to 31\, 2021. \n\nThis Conference is dedi
 cated to Simon Eidelman (1948-2021). Simon was a beloved member of the ha
 dron physics community and the IAC of this conference. He encouraged and s
 upported younger researchers and his scientific contributions to the field
  were numerous\, important\, and will have a lasting impact in future gene
 rations. He will be deeply missed.\n\n \n\nThis series of conferences sta
 rted in 1985 at Maryland\, USA. It brings together experimentalists and th
 eorists every other year to review the status and progress in hadron spect
 roscopy\, structure and related topics and to exchange ideas for future ex
 plorations.\n\nThe main topics of this conference include:\n\n\n	Meson spe
 ctroscopy\n	Baryon spectroscopy\n	Exotic hadrons and candidates\n	Hadron d
