Abstract

The unique tracking and PID capabilities of the ALICE detector allow for a precision study of the production cross sections of antinuclei at the LHC and measurements of their absorption in the detector material. In this contribution, recent results on light antinuclei production and the first ever measurement of the inelastic cross section of low momentum antideuteron and antihelium-3 will be presented. The implications for the predicted antinuclei flux in Space will also be discussed.
