Abstract
The Nonrelativistic Constituent Quark Model is a part of hadronic physics. Main NRCQM parameter-the initial constituent quark mass $M_q=m_e(\alpha/2\pi)^{-1}$=441\,MeV was recently confirmed by observation of exact representation of nucleon masses as integers of $m_e$. QED radiative correction $\alpha/2\pi$ is important parameter in the expanded version of NRCQM-a global model, which contains integer representation of particle masses with a discreteness parameter-the period $16m_e=\delta$.
