At present universally recognized software packages appeared on the calculation of cascade processes in different medium and energy ranges. The most fitted for our tasks version is the package of ATMOCOSMOS. Using this software the integral multiplicities for neutron, muon and electron-photon components of cosmic ray were obtained for different depths in the atmosphere and for 1-100 GeV energy range for the primary particles. Taking into account the sensitivity function the response functions have been calculated for some detectors and their approximation for a practical usage. Special attention was paid to a region of small energies although complete solution for these energies was not obtained yet.
