An update list of responses to relativistic solar particles and to particles accelerated in interplanetary space to high energies (Kudela et al, Proc. 23rd ICRC, Calgary, vol. 3, p.71-74, 1992) for the period 1966 until December 2006 as recorded by a high mountain neutron monitor with nominal vertical cut-off rigidity ~ 4 GV is presented.
