The results of measurments of a flow of thermal neutrons for 1986-1997 years on Pamir, which is one of the most seismic region of the Earth, are submitted. The appreciable increases of thermal neutrons flows near ground were observed for this time. But these increases were observed only then when tidal gravitational waves were going throuth the given area. At the same time, about twenty earthquakes of various magnitudes appear there each day, as it observe Tadjik seismologists.
