Origin and propagation effects of the Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays
Abstract content
We discuss different models for the origin of the Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays (UHECR). The main parameters of the models is the acceleration spectra of these particles, their chemical composition, and the maximum energy at acceleration. General astrophysical parameters such as the extragalactic magnetic fields and the cosmological evolution of the cosmic ray sources are also relevant and will be discussed as well as neutrino and gamma ray signals generated in propagation of UHECR.
