Content

The production of χc states in pPb collisions at $\sqrt{sNN}$ = 8.16 TeV, collected by CMS detector during 2016 and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 180 nb$^{−1}$, is studied via the ratios of $\chi_{c2}$ to $\chi_{c1}$ and $\chi_{c}$ to J/$\psi$. The ratios are presented as a function of transverse momentum, rapidity and primary track multiplicity. The corresponding kinematic ranges are 6.5 < $p_T$ < 30 GeV/c in transverse momentum and −2.4 < $y$ < 2.4 in laboratory rapidity.
