Exploring Bicomponent Dark Matter and Neutrino Mass Generation in a Standard Model Extension
Content
In this talk, I will examine an extension of the Standard Model featuring bicomponent dark matter and a mechanism for left-handed neutrino mass generation. By augmenting the scalar sector with an inert $SU(2)_L$ doublet and triplet, each with distinct dark sectors stabilized by discrete symmetries, we explore their contributions to relic abundance. Additionally, we introduce an active scalar $SU(2)_L$ triplet for neutrino mass generation via the type-II seesaw mechanism. Our analysis delves into dark matter phenomenology and neutrino mass generation within this extended framework, shedding light on the intricate connections between particle physics and cosmology.
