We consider a two-Higgs doublet model with CP violation in the scalar sector. A notable consequence of such a model is the presence of tree-level flavor-changing couplings mediated by scalars. In this work, we compute not only the standard decay modes but also the flavor-changing ones, with a particular focus on decays involving lepton number violation. For the heavy neutral scalar, with masses above 500 GeV and within a specific parameter region of the model, the decay mode into two top quarks is favored. In the case of the charged Higgs boson, the dominant decay mode in the same parameter region is top-bottom mode.
