Summary
Recently the collaborations in ATLAS and CMS have reported the possibility of a new Higgs Boson ($\phi$) through the decay $\phi \rightarrow \gamma \gamma$ where the signal reported by both collaborations is $\mu_{\gamma\gamma}=0.24^{+0.09}_{-0.08}$. This new particle is not described in the Standard Model and it could provide from new physic models. Additionally, the properties of this particle could be obtained using the most current data from the LHC. In this work, we pretend to study the properties of a 95 GeV Higgs Boson through the decay $\phi\rightarrow \gamma \gamma $. We propose to study all of the possible scenarios for effective couplings $\phi \gamma \gamma $ using the reported results at LHC.
