The observed matter-antimatter asymmetry in the universe composes a serious challenge to our understanding of nature. BNV/LNV decays have been searched in many experiments to understand this large-scale observed fact. But few in the case of $e^+e^-$ collision experiments are performed. Here we present some recent results to search BNV and LNV at BESIII experiment.

The charged Lepton Flavor Violation (cLFV) is highly suppressed in the Standard Model (SM) by the finite but tiny neutrino masses.
