Abstract
I discuss photon-proton proton initiated double parton scattering (DPS) due to the limited information on the proton structure obtained from p-p collision data. In DPS initiated by quasireal photons, spitting in a qq̄ pair, the interaction rate is controlled by the virtuality. $\sigma_{DPS}$ has been calculated for the four jet production at HERA and a significant contribution is found. Moreover, experimental observable can be used to access the mean distance between partons in the proton.
