Abstract
We apply the formalism developed by Kovchegov and Sievert (2019) for studying transverse momentum dependent parton distribution functions (TMDs) at small-$x$ to construct the small-$x$ asymptotics of the quark Sivers function. We explicitly construct the fundamental “polarized Wilson line” operator to sub-sub-eikonal order and express the quark Sivers function in terms of this new operator. We find that the dominant term at small-$x$ is the eikonal spin-dependent odderon.
