In this work, we propose a new phenomenological model suited to all SU(3) mesonic two-body final-state interactions up to energies around 2 GeV to replace the isobar model. We show that the new model provides a clear indication of the mechanism responsible for the sharp rise observed in the ππ phase around 1 GeV. The phenomenological amplitudes proposed here are suited to any number of resonance ... More

Lattice QCD offers a systematic pathway to numerically compute the resonant hadronic spectrum from first principles. A set of integral equations connects the short-distance dynamics computed from lattice QCD to on-shell infinite-volume scattering amplitudes. In this talk, I will discuss recent progress in determining three-hadron scattering amplitudes from lattice QCD, focusing on our recent study ... More

Within the framework of the massive O($N$) nonlinear sigma model extended to the next-to-leading order in the chiral counting (for $N=3$ corresponding to the two(-quark)-flavour Chiral Perturbation Theory), we calculate the relativistic six-pion scattering amplitude at low energy up-to-and-including terms $\mathcal{O}(p^6)$. The result for the four-pion amplitude in the case of $N$ (meson) flavou ... More

We will discuss non-perturbative descriptions of three-body decays in hadronic systems and their application to parameterize physics beyond the Standard Model. First, we apply a novel implementation of three-body unitarity, based on a Bethe-Salpeter ansatz, to $\omega/\phi\to 3\pi$ and compare the results to the established dispersive framework of Khuri-Treiman equations on a quantitative level. W ... More
