The Latin American Workshop on Electromagnetic Effects in QCD aims to bring together paractituoners and students to discuss the recent progress of the research focused on the effects of electromagnetic fields on the physics of strongly interacting matter, to provide a forum whre the practioners of the latin-american community meet with peers from the rest of the world in a friendly and stimulating snviaronment. This is the second version of the Workshop following up on the first one that took place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, in July 2024. Through presentations, discussions, and collaborations, participants will discuss the latest advancements, theoretical frameworks, and phenomenological studies in this area at the forefront of current scientific efforts in fundamental research with the aim of strengthening the research ties among the practitioners of the Latin-American community with colleagues from the rest of the world working in this field.
