Scientific Programme

We will have presentations from the different areas of the collaboration: miniBeBe and BeBe detector design, detector tests, simulations and data analysis; mechanics and electronics prototyping, beam and aging tests; first physics phenomenology, proposed observables in pp, pA and AA collisions at MPD-NICA; using Lattice to study the QCD phase diagram; theoretical calculations and effective models for the QCD phase diagram, etc. We have organized three sessions on experiment (instrumentation, simulation and analysis), phenomenology and theory where we expect the participation of students, postdocs, technical experts and researchers. Finally we have a summary session with discussion and planning, before closing the event.
