Workshop: Introduction to machine learning II
Content
During this workshop we will discuss some introductory machine learning concepts. Among other topics, we will talk about supervised learning, unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning. Next we will explain in detail some examples that can be applied to research in high energy physics and cosmic rays. Finally we will give an example to show how to combine software and hardware through the use of Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). Some basic previous knowledge in programming could be useful, mainly in Phyton, ROOT and C++.
