Scientific Programme
Information for speakers
The official language of the meeting is English, so we expect all presentations (talks and posters) to be delivered in this language. May you have a difficulty meeting requirement, please contact the LOC to let us know in advance. Please, remember that contributed talks will have 15 minutes for their presentation plus 5 minutes for questions from the public, while invited speakers will have 25 minutes for their presentation plus 5 minutes for questions.

Otherwise, during your registration bring with you an USB stick with the PDF of your slides/poster so we can copy your material.
Poster session
The poster session will be held on Monday May 27th from 17:00 to 18:00 hrs in Primer Patio del Edificio Carolino, BUAP . Posters should not exceed 120 cm in width and/or 200 cm in height. Recommended dimensions are 90 cm x 130 cm. A stand ID will be assigned to each poster presenter at the time of his/her registration. All posters must be in place by 16:50 hrs on Monday May 27th.
