Abstract content
The production of W-boson due to high energy neutrino interaction with the electron in the presence of a magnetic field is studied. v+e-->W. The magnetic field is taken care of by using the Schwinger proper time method. In this calculation we assume that the magnetic field is weak compared to the electron mass square.
