Venue
The XIX edition of the MWPF will be held in León, Guanajuato, México, from October 20 to 24, 2025, in the División de Ciencias e Ingenierías de la Universidad de Guanajuato, Campus León. (https://maps.app.goo.gl/p4VRLJh1cc5pcGTd6)
León is the biggest city in the state of Guanajuato, with a strong industry, particularly the manufacturing of leather articles. León offers a broad range of cultural activities, but more importantly, the XIX edition of the MWPF will coincide with the last week of one of the most famous cultural festivals of Mexico: the Cervantino Festival https://festivalcervantino.gob.mx
León Guanajuato, located 500 kilometers northwest of México City, is accessible by direct flights to many cities in México and abroad or by bus.
Accommodation
The MWPF will be hosted at the Division of Science and Engineering, University of Guanajuato, Campus León.
The university has a preferential rate with the following hotels:

Double room with breakfast: $1560 (Mexican pesos per night),

Travel
- By bus: Bus is a cheap and convenient way of transportation within Mexico; the "central de autobuses" is located near downtown. There are several bus lines coming from Mexico City. We recommend "ETN" and next "Primera Plus",
