The registration to the School is done on-line here via the Indico webpage of the event,
just follow the instructions given in this link:

All participants, including invited speakers and poster presenters, must be officially
registered.
After finishing the registration form you will recieve an automatically generated email
containing all your personal data. If any information in that email is wrong you can correct
your input on the registration page.
The deadline for early registration is October 6th. After that date, an additional 20% will be
charged and the fee will be due at the latest during the registration day at the beginning of
the conference. The fee has been set to USD $400.00 = $4800MXP for professors and USD
$200.00 = $2400MXP for students and postdocs.
The fee covers the cost of the coffee breaks, the Conference dinner, and an excursion. It can
be paid through a bank transfer or in cash at the place of the Conference.
For mexican participants:
Please send an email with your registration data to Esperanza Jaramillo Ayala
(esperanza@ifm.umich.mx). Mention if you are a student or a Professor. You will receive a
personal payment form with relevant information for the bank transfer. The form is valid only
for 2 or 3 weeks. If the deposit is not done in this period you must ask for a new payment
form. Payment must be done in mexican pesos (MXN). Once the payment is done, it is
automatically registered. You do not need to send a copy of the payment.
For foreign participants:
The payment can be done by bank transfer. You have to deposit the conference fee in USD
into the following account:

Once you made your deposit, please send a copy of the payment and your registration ID to
Esperanza Jaramillo Ayala (esperanza@ifm.umich.mx). Please mention if you are a student or
a Professor.
The Conference fee could also be paid during the event in cash (in mexican pesos or USD) or
by bank transfer by using the above pocedure.
If you need an invoice please send a scanned copy of your payment to
esperanza@ifm.umich.mx requesting the document. Add relevant tax data for your invoice.
The bill will be picked up during the event and will be interchanged for the original deposit slip
(please do not forget to bring it with you). If your paymennt is done at the dates of the
conference, the invoice will be given to you during the event, if you request it. |
