The Mexican Workshop on Particles and Fields (MWPF) is a biennial meeting organized by the Division of Particles and Fields of the Mexican Physical Society designed to gather specialists in different areas of high energy physics to discuss the latest developments in the field. The XVIII edition of the MWPF will be held (with a hybrid format) in Puebla city, Mexico from November 21st to 25th, 2022. Puebla is a touristic city of of México. This event will be hosted by Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla in Sala de Proyecciones, Edificio Carolino.
The topics to be covered in the XVIII MWPF are:
• Higgs physics
• Beyond the Standard Model
• Neutrinos
• QCD and Hadronic Physics
• High energy heavy ion collisions
• Future experiments
• Particle detectors
• Flavour physics
• Astroparticle physics
• HEP applications in industry
There will be a set of plenary invited 40' review talks and twenty minutes contributions.
Important Notice
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year the workshop will be held in hybrid format, with face-to-face meeting in Puebla city. However, depending on the evolution of the pandemic, the MWPF 2022 could be switched to fully online or in-person. Please, stay tuned for further notifications.
