XXXII Reunión Anual de la División de Partículas y Campos de la SMF

The Division of Particles and Fields of the Mexican Physical Society (DPyC-SMF) organizes every year the Annual Meeting (RADPyC). This space is dedicated mainly for the exposure of results of graduate students and young researchers working in high energy physics and includes some review talks on the hot topics of the field. This year the meeting will be organized by the Nuclear Sciences Institute (ICN) and Institute of Physics (IF) of the National Autonomous University of México (UNAM). The conference venue is the "Auditorio Marcos Moshinsky", at ICN-UNAM, in México City, México.

The scientific programma will consist of invited and contributed talks, and a poster session. It will begin in the morning of Monday 28 May and end around noon on Wednesday 30 May.

Registration fee:

Students: 400.00 MXN

Postdocs and professors: 600.00 MXN

Professors are encouraged to pay the SMF membership which amounts to 1300 MXN (+16% if you require a SAT invoice). Requirements can be found in the following link:

There will be a limited number of scholarships covering the fee and/or accommodation. In this case, the students will share room. Those students applying for a scholarship must register the abstract of the work they would like to present and arrange for a letter of recommendation to be sent to alexis@nucleares.unam.mx before the deadline. Priority will be given to advanced students. Students awarded with a scholarship are expected to attend all activities of the Meeting.
 

The deadline for applications is May 10, 2018 (notifications on the outcome will be sent around mid-May)
