Poster session:

The poster session will be held on Monday May 28th from 6 pm to 7 pm at the atrium of the Marcos Moshinsky auditorium at ICN. Posters should not exceed 120 cm in width and/or 200 cm in height. Recommended dimensions are 90 cm x 130 cm. A stand number will be assigned to each poster presenter at the time of his/her registration. Materials for attaching the poster will be provided. All posters must be in place by 6 pm on Monday May 28th.

A cash prize will be awarded to the best two posters (1st and 2nd places) of the session, judged by a committee of distinguished colleagues.
Those wishing to participate are encouraged to be next to their poster during the poster session, so that they can explain it to the public and the jury.

Information for speakers

Oral presentations during the Meeting will be projected from a dedicated
computer at the Marcos Moshinsky Auditorium. Please prepare your talks,
preferably in PDF format and upload them THE DAY BEFORE your session to
the conference Indico page using your Indico account. If you don't have an
account, please send your talk directly to

 Eric Vázquez Jáuregui <ericvj@fisica.unam.mx>

to get your presentation uploaded for you. If you have a special requirement for your talk, please contact the LOC in advance.

We would like to remind you that the official languaje of the meeting
is English, so we expect all presentations (talks and posters) to be
delivered in this language. May you have a difficulty meeting requirement,
please contact the LOC to let us know in advance.

Please, remember that contributed talks will have 15 minutes for their
presentation plus 5 minutes for questions from the public, while plenary/invited speakers will have 25 minutes for their presentation plus 5 minutes for questions (the latter refer to the talks from 9 to 11 am).
