Abstract
In this work we describe an emerging inter-institutional, multidisciplinary collaboration encompassing five Mexican institutions, focusing on the development of Mexican accelerator science and technology. Due to the complexity of such machines, the simultaneous and synergetic work of people from several different disciplines is required. In the case of Mexico, this collaboration aims at sharing resources and know-how among the participant institutions, with the goal of carrying out technological developments that would be hardly feasible for a single institution, or within a single discipline. In this talk we present the collaboration and its members, as well as its projects currently in progress and its future outlook.
