DESCRIPTION:Speakers: CUMMINGS\, A. C. (California Institute of Technology
 )\nWe examine the Voyager 1 (V1) and Voyager 2 (V2) intensity vs. time \np
rofiles in several energy bands of low-energy particle populations \ndurin
g the period 2005 through early 2007. There appear to be a set \nof propag
ating structures with ~1 year duration that appear first at \nV2\, which i
s upwind of the solar wind termination shock\, and then ~115 \ndays later
at V1 in the heliosheath. We will discuss these observations \nin the cont
ext of the source and transport of the termination shock \nparticles and a
nomalous cosmic rays. \n\nThis work was supported by NASA under contract N
