 ty of Athens)\nWe consider the internal shock formation in magnetized outf
 lows and we\nexamine the plastic collision between such relativistic blobs
  taking\ninto account a possible dissipation of magnetic flux.  We find th
 at\nafter the collision a large amount of energy is released in\nthermal f
 orm and consequently we assume that this is transferred\ninto protons whic
 h obtain a relativistic\nMaxwellian distribution. The relativistic thermal
  proton plasma is dense\nenough to suffer substantial energy losses throug
 h proton-proton\ninteractions and thus to transfer its initial energy into
 \nphotons\, electron-positron pairs and neutrinos. We estimate the radiate
 d\nspectrum by following the evolution of protons\, electrons and photons 
 as they\ninteract with each other and with the magnetic field as well.\n\n
