DESCRIPTION:The Auger Project Management Plan defines the objective of the
  Operations Readiness Review as: \n\nA subsystem only becomes part of the 
 operation of the Observatory when it has passed an Operations Readiness Re
 view. This review ensures that the subsystem is in effective\, stable oper
 ation\, all documentation has been filed\, spares are available and the st
 aff has been trained.\n\nThe purpose for all of the review is to determine
  if the UMD subsystems is ready to be included in the operation of the obs
 ervatory for science production. Additionally\, the review committee shoul
 d asses if all the necessary material needed for operation and maintenance
