We study the possibility of detecting the Lepton Flavor Violating (LFV) process e−e+ → e−e+e μ (e = e−, e+; μ = μ−, μ+) at the forthcoming e−e+ colliders Compact LInear Collider (CLIC) and the International Linear Collider (ILC). Our predictions are based on an effective operator framework that induces the LFV interaction γγeμ. We propose three benchmark points that are consistent with both theoretical and current experimental constraints. We find that all of them are experimentally feasible, predicting signal significances S ≥ 5σ at both colliders for relatively low integrated luminosities and center-of-mass energies in the interval 500 − 1000 GeV.
