The Standard Model has resisted more than half a century of experimental
barrage of challenges successfully. The precision tests are now reaching
unprecedented levels. The g-2 of the muon in particular is capable of
zooming into the very limits of the Standard Model and perhaps suggest a
possibility of its shortcomings. I will review progress in this direction and
discuss some hadronic light by light scattering contributions to it in continuum
QCD.
