 yperons triggered by an effective one loop mechanism involving baryons and

 nfirming or ruling out the existence of deconfined quark matter inside neu
 tron stars is one of the most prominent open problems in nuclear astrophys
 ics. While the ultimate goal continues to be the observation of a smoking 
 gun signal directly indicating the presence or creation of quark matter\, 
 a more indirect approach to the problem has lately become feasible. By com
 bining ab-initio theoretical results for the microscopic properties of den
 se QCD matter with the latest astrophysical measurements of neutron star p
 roperties\, it is possible to build stringent model-independent constraint
 s for the material properties of neutron-star matter at different densitie
 s. I will present recent results concerning both a perturbative determinat
 ion of the equation of state of quark matter and a model-independent study
  of quark-matter cores in massive neutron stars. The results of both studi
 es indicate that matter in the cores of the heaviest stable neutron stars 
 has characteristics much closer to deconfined quark matter than low-densit

 cent years our understanding of the equation of state (EoS) of dense nucle
 ar matter has been significantly improved by the analysis of multimessenge
 r data from gravitational wave and radio and X-ray pulsars. The interpreta
 tion of such data established important constraints for physical observabl
 es as maximum mass\, radius\, and tidal deformability of a neutron star in
 spiral: to describe dense matter the EoS must be stiff enough to support a
  state with mass greater than $2M_{\\odot}$ and\, at the same time\, its s
 tiffness must be moderated to correspond to radius in the range $11.8 < R_
 {1.4} \\text{(km)} < 13.4$.  As a consequence\, sound velocity can exceed 
 its conformal value\, $c_s^2 \\leq $ 1/3\, for densities few times of the 
 nuclear matter densities. \nIn this talk\, I will show how quarkyonic matt
 er is a good candidate to take into account the behavior of the EoS of den
 se matter\, and how to construct a simple quarkyonic-like excluded volume

 tly\, powerful quantum field theory techniques\, originally developed to c
 alculate observables in colliders\, have been applied to describe classica
 l observables relevant to gravitational wave physics. One of these techniq
 ues is the double copy\, which suggests that the basis of the dynamics of 
  general relativity is Yang-Mills theory. In this talk\, I will first give
  a brief review of the framework by Kosower-Maybee-O'Connell applied to th
 e computation of classical Yang-Mills observables from scattering amplitud
 es. I will consider the classical dynamics of color-charged particle scatt
 ering and explain how to compute the change of color\, and the radiation o
 f color\, during a classical collision. Finally\, I will discuss the dynam
 ics of non-abelian plasmas in the high temperature limit and its relation

 D) Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs). While we will also comment on TMD
  PDFs in general\, we will focus on their use for the description of hadro
 nic reactions in the so-called low x limit. Here $x = M^2/s$ and $M$ is th
 e hard scale of the process\, while $\\sqrt{s}$ is the center of mass ener
 gy of the reaction. We will explain why this are interesting quantities wh
 ose exploration serves a manifold purpose. In particular we will explain w
 hy these are interesting quantities both for the accurate description of L
 HC data and why exploration of such quantities is a central goal of the fu
 ture Electron Ion Collider. In a second part of this talk we will then dis
 cuss how perturbative QCD allows us to formulate and solve differential eq

 The global polarization of $\\Lambda$ and $\\bar{\\Lambda}$ has recently b
 ecome a topic of great interest because it has been associated with the pr
 operties of the medium produced in relativistic heavy ion collisions. It h
 as been studied the possibility that the global vorticity\, produced in se
 mi-central collisions\, be estimated in terms of global polarization\, sin
 ce this is transferred to the degrees of freedom of spin\, in particular t
 he $\\Lambda$ and $\\bar{\\Lambda}$ whose polarization can be measured thr
 ough their decay.\nThe Beam Energy Scan (BES) at RHIC\, measured $\\Lambda
 $ and $\\bar{\\Lambda}$ global polarization as a function of the collision
  energy. They observed that global polarization increases as the collision
  energy decreases\, being greater the effect for the $\\bar{\\Lambda}$. Fu
 rthermore HADES Collaboration showed a preliminary result for $\\Lambda$ p
 olarization different from zero for collisions at $\\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 2.42$ 
 GeV.\nTo describe this behavior of the polarization we develop the core-co
 rona model\,\ninvoking the idea that these particles are produced in two d
 ifferent density zones\, a high-density core and a less dense corona. We s
 how that the relative abundance of $\\Lambda$s coming from the core versus
  those coming from the corona influence the polarization. In this talk I s
 how that the model predicts that both polarizations peak at collision ener
 gies $\\sqrt{s_{NN}} < 10$ GeV\, the energy range accessible to NICA and H

 f Tokyo)\nWe discuss the capture of dark matter in white dwarfs (WD)\, the
  most abundant stellar remnants\, as complementary to terrestrial searches
 . We consider the capture of DM due to interactions with either ion or the
  degenerate electron component of WDs. We account for the stellar structur
 e\, star opacity\, realistic nuclear form factors\, and temperature effect
 s to discuss the capture rate. In the case of ions we use a Maxwell Boltzm
 ann distribution while for the degenerated electrons\, we require a formal
 ism that properly incorporates Pauli blocking and a relativistic treatment
  for electrons. We also discuss the dark matter evaporation rate. The DM i
 nteractions can be constrained by comparing the heating rate\, due to the 
 presence of DM in the star nucleus\, with observations of cold WDs. We hav
 e calculated the capture rate and applied this technique to observed WDs i
 n the Messier 4 (M4) globular cluster to set bound on DM interactions.\n\n

 s and Higgs bosons that can be used to test the unification of quarks and 
 leptons at the TeV scale. I will present the main predictions of the minim

 or leptoquarks and Higgses are related by the symmetry of the theory. I wi
 ll further comment on the possibility to explain the flavor and muon g-2 a
