A coupled-channel analysis of the BES3 data on the J/Psi radiative decay has been performed to identify the spectrum of scalar and of tensor mesons. The fit includes the BES3 data, the data from antiproton-nucleon annihilation and the data on pipi scattering. The analysis reveals the existence of ten scalar isoscalar resonances. In the tensor sector the radiative J/Psi data show only evidence for f2(1270) and f2 (1525).Above their masses, the invariant mass spectrum shows no significant structures
