 s PAN)\n1. We present a new study of the exclusive production of $f_{1}(12
 85)$ at energies relevant for the HADES ($pp$) and PANDA ($p\\bar{p}$) exp
 eriments at FAIR. The $VV$-fusion ($V=\\rho\,\\omega$) processes and the $
 \\gamma p\\to f_{1}p$ reaction are discussed [arXiv:2105.07192].\n2. Diffr
 active production of $f_{1}$ within the tensor-pomeron approach is also di
 scussed. Comparisons with the WA102 data and predictions for the $pp\\to p
 p4\\pi$ reaction for LHC experiments are given [PRD102 (2020) 114003].\n\n

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: LIU\, Tong (IHEP\, CAS)\nUp to now\, the production 
 of resonances in electron-positron annihilation has only been observed for
  states with quantum numbers JPC = 1−−. The direct production of the 1
 ++ states could happen through two-photon or neutral current. Due to the s
 mallness of the production rate\, this process has never been observed  ex
 perimentally. With the high luminosity and good performance of the BESIII 
 experiment\, a search of the direct production of chi_c1 has been performe
