HEAT/Cohueco and lasers:

Laser data (XLF) started to be taken during last shifts with a 30 degree
elevation covering the FOV of the three HEAT telescopes. Jose has
modified his fitting procedure by restraining the fit to a smaller
range. This reduces the spread of the values to about 7.6%.

The resolution can be further improved by changing the elevation of the
lasers to 10 degrees which increases the light flux seen in the
Telescopes. This leads to a 3% spread in values. A dependency on the
VAOD values has been observed and this can be fixed by rejecting the
first part of the profiles. There is a new schedule for XLF to change
the elevation to 10 degrees during the next data taking.

The usage of the historical data which were shooting the AGNs is almost
imposible (spread too large) because of the small amount of light
reaching the telescopes.

Violet started using the module of Joachim and she is currently checking
the results.

(Francesco) Is there a time dependency for results from the XLF data?
(Jose) The lasers shots were all done withing a few seconds.

(Bruce) The VAOD dependency will have to be checked also with data at
some point and if needed a more complicated procedure can be applied.

Data production presented by Lorenzo:

The data production is currently done in Lecce with the new databases
from Adelaide.A first look at these data has been taken, with no big
suprises. A small change in the aerosol has to be done and teh data have
to be reprocessed. Laura: the new DB will be done by this evening and
will be provided to Lorenzo and Adelaide group.

The mean of the energy of the  hybrid data  above 3EeV (SD energy) does
not show any strange behavior in the last 2 years. It is a good thing
that we start having data a bit more timely than usual for the ICRC.

If somebody wants to take a look at these data is more than welcome, and
should write to Lorenzo.

(Ioana) When will the data be release?
(Lorenzo/Valerio) Beginning of the next year: cross-checks have to be
made. New Offline has to be used. Invisible energy correction will be
revised. And....

(Valerio) A  negative energy shift of about 2% is observed. There are
some issues with S1000 in 2017 (I did not understand which).

(Ioana) Can the tool of Fred be used for data comparison?
Lorenzo/Bruce: it is not yet clear if it can be used for expert checks,
it might be useful at later stages.

Ioana: Has  the mirror cleaning finally happen this winter?
Francesco/Lorenzo: Not known.

Ricardo on news from Malargue: No big news, just that people start
stealing a bit more parts from our lovely tanks than in the past. It
used to be solar panels/batteries but now also electronics have been
stolen.

Ricardo on Martin's station: It is quite far away so it is not trivial
to go and visit it.
