DESCRIPTION:The Mexican Workshop on Particles and Fields (MWPF) is a bienn
 ial meeting organized by the Division of Particles and Fields of the Mexic
 an Physical Society designed to gather specialists in different areas of h
 igh energy physics to discuss the latest developments in the field. The XV
 I edition of the MWPF will be held in Puerto Vallarta\, México from Octob
 er 22nd to 27th\, 2017. Puerto Vallarta is a touristic city on the pacific
  coast of México. It has wonderful beach with direct flights from many ci
 ties in México and abroad.\n\nThe topics to be covered in the XVI MWPF ar
 e:\n\nI. Physics Beyond the Standard Model (BSM)\n\n\n	Beyond the Standard
  Model (theory and experimental searches).\n	Astroparticles.\n	Cosmology.\
 n	Dark matter and dark energy.\n	Strings.\n	QFT fundamentals.\n\n\nII. Had
 ronic Matter (HM)\n\n\n	Perturbative QCD\, Jets and Diffractive Physics.\n
 	Hadronic Structure\, soft QCD\, Spectroscopy.\n	Heavy Ion Collisions and 
 Soft Physics at Hadron Colliders.\n	Lattice Results. \n\n\nIII. Flavor Ph
 ysics (FP)\n\n\n	Quark masses and mixing.\n	Electroweak Symmetry Breaking.
 \n	Heavy quark physics.\n	Neutrino physics.\n	CP violation\, CKM and rare 
 decays.\n\n\nThere will be a set of plenary invited one-hour review talks\
 , thirty minutes contributing plenary talks\, twenty-minutes contributions
  to the parallel thematic sessions (BSM\, HM\, FP) and contributions to th
