DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Mr. DOMINGUEZ ROSAS\, Edgar (Instituto de Ciencias N
ucleares)\nThe forward-backward multiplicity correlations are important fo
r the overall event characterization and to extract information on non-per
tubative hadronic processes. In this work we present a study of this corre
lations based on p+p collisions generated with PYTHIA event generator at L
HC energies with different initial conditions of the events to show how
it is related with the hadronization mechanism\, as well as to multiple p
artonic interactions and consequently the degree of hardness of the collis
ions. The effect of the QCD color reconnection strength is presented for m
inimum bias and jetty-like events\, demonstrating the possibility to use t
hese correlations to investigate underlying events. Finally\, the comparis
on with available data suggests that forward-backward multiplicity correla
tions could be useful tools to disentangle phenomena in QCD processes.\n\n
