Description
After LHC run1 (with c.m. energy of 7-8 TeV) the measurements
of the Higgs properties seem consistent with the Standard
Model, except for the presence of some anomalies which have
limited statistics, such as the LFV Higgs decay h -> tau mu
(2.4σ excess at CMS), as well as a heavy resonance
observed around 2 TeV. The first data from the LHC run2 (with
c.m. energy of 13 TeV) does not give further support to the
2 TeV resonance, however it does show a new di-photon resonance
(X -> gamma gamma) with invariant mass of 750 GeV, that appears
in both detectors ATLAS and CMS, with a significance of
3.9σand 2.6σ, respectively. The general interpretations
of this resonance that have appeared in the last month are the
subject of this talk, with some particular emphasis on the class
of multi-scalar models that we have worked for a while.
