DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe First Latin American Workshop on Electromagnetic Effec
ts in QCD aims to accost the recent progress of the research focused on th
e effects of electromagnetic fields on the physics of hadronic matter with
in the latin-american community. This interdisciplinary event provides a p
latform for scholars and researchers to discuss and analyze the profound i
mplications of electromagnetic phenomena on the fundamental understanding
of QCD dynamics. Through presentations\, discussions\, and collaborations\
, participants will discuss the latest advancements\, theoretical framewor
ks\, and phenomenological studies in this area at the forefront of current
scientific efforts in fundamental research with the aim of strengthening
the research ties among the practitioners of the Latin-American community
 working in this field.\n\nhttps://indico.nucleares.unam.mx/event/2216/

DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe Latin American Workshop on Electromagnetic Effects in
QCD aims to bring together practitioners and students to discuss the rece
nt progress of the research focused on the effects of electromagnetic fiel
ds on the physics of strongly interacting matter\, to provide a forum wher
e experts of the latin-american community meet with peers from the rest of
the world in a friendly and stimulating environment. This is the second v
ersion of the Workshop following up on the first one that took place in Pu
 erto Vallarta\, Mexico\, in July 2024. Through presentations\, discussions
\, and collaborations\, participants will discuss the latest advancements\
, theoretical frameworks\, and phenomenological studies in this area at th
e forefront of current scientific efforts in fundamental research with the
aim of strengthening the research ties among the practitioners of the Lat
in-American community with colleagues from the rest of the world working i
n this field. We warmly invite all participants of this workshop to also
consider attending the 6th Workshop on Nonperturbative Aspects of QCD\, an
event that will cover topics of strong interest to our community and will
also take place in Chile\, immediately following our meeting.\n\nhttps://

-Perturbative Aspects of QCD. It will be held from the 1st  to the 5th o
f December  2025 at  the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (UTF
SM)\, Valparaíso\, Chile.\n\nThe scientific program of the Conference wil
l address    topics covering the main aspects of non-perturbative of QFT
  such as: lattice QCD\, non-perturbative QCD\, Topological solutions\, Ho
lographic Ads/QCD models\, Dynamical Chiral Symmetry breaking\, Hadron Str
 ucture and Interactions\, Color Glass Condensate\, Schwinger-Dyson & Bethe
Saltpeter equations\, Effective field Theory\, Beyond the SM Physics\,
Dark Matter particle searches\, and other topics.\n\nThe WONPAQCD  work
shops follow  an advanced summer school format\, featuring seminars and d
iscussion sections on frontier topics in strong interaction physics. The p
revious event took place in Porto Alegre (2013\, 2015\, 2017)\, Montevideo
(2019) Rio de Janeiro (2022)\n\nWe invite students and   researchers to
participate also in the Second  Latin American Workshop on Electromagne
tic Effects in QCD\, which is taking place the week before to this worksho
