Abstract content

We use two complementary models, diffusion and explicit particle propagation, to analyze the end of the Galactic cosmic ray spectrum and its mixing with the extragalactic cosmic ray flux. The extragalactic cosmic ray flux is estimated by comparing Fly´s Eye, HiRes and AGASA spectra with Galactic spectrum expectations for different injection models, populations of Galactic accelerators and magnetized Halo structures.
