XXXIII Annual Meeting of the Division of Particles and Fields

This year the meeting will take place at Puebla City from 26 to 28 May 2019. The meeting is organized by the Division of Particles and Fields of the Mexican Society of Physics,  Red FAE (CONACyT), CINVESTAV, CONCyTEP and Facultad de Ciencias Físico Matemáticas, Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.

Abstract submission, registration and student support request open: March 1st , 2019

Registration fee

Students: 500 MXN

Postdocs and professors: 700 MXN

Professors are encouraged to pay the SMF membership which amounts to $1,300 MXN ($1,508 MXN with 16% IVA included). Requirements can be found in the following link:

Scholarships

CLOSED

There will be a limited number of scholarships covering the fee. Those students applying for a scholarship must register the abstract the work they would like to present and arrange for a letter of recommendation to be sent to mario.rodriguez@correo.buap.mx before the deadline (May 10th, 2019). Priority will be given to advanced students. Students awarded with a scholarship are expected to attend all activities of the meeting.

Important announcement about Coffee Break
Being consistent with the agreements taken in Puebla’s Municipal Council in recent days this community is informed that from May 2019 on, ALL events in BUAP that require coffee service will be omitted the delivery of disposable cups. Your registration package will contain a cup that you can use during the coffee breaks of RADPyC (ONLY for participants paying the meeting FEE and fellowship holders). A limited number of CUPS will be sell at raw price at the registration desk. For your understanding and ecological conscience, thank you very much.
